Refund policy

At Nearly June Collective, every item is handmade with care. We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right. Please review our return and refund policy below.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will happily replace the item or issue a refund when applicable.

• Your order number
• Photos of the product + packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We will take care of the rest.


Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made-to-order and often personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Ordering the wrong item or quantity
• Personal dislike of colors, design scale, or styles

Please double-check your order before completing checkout.


Personalized / Custom Items

All personalized or custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect or an error on our part.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as production has not begun.
Once an item enters production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.


Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:
• An item is damaged or defective
• An incorrect item was shipped
• A cancellation was approved within the allowed timeframe

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Nearly June Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is lost in transit (never marked delivered), we will assist you with filing a claim.
