At Nearly June Collective, every item is handmade with care. We work hard to get your order to you quickly while maintaining the quality you expect. Please review our shipping details below.
Processing Times
Most orders ship within 3–7 business days, depending on order volume and product type.
During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Custom or personalized orders may require additional time before shipping.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary based on location, weather, or unforeseen delays.
Please note: carrier delays are outside of our control.
Order Changes & Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
If you need to update an address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
If the order has already shipped, we cannot make changes.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Nearly June Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a package is lost in transit (never marked delivered), email us and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
For stolen packages, please contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number for assistance.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of:
• The damaged product
• The packaging
• The shipping label
We will replace the item or issue a refund when applicable.
Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.
Free shipping promotions may apply during special sales or events.
